A move from the Gulf to Australia or New Zealand is a substantial decision, often involving a family, a settled income and years of residency left behind. We want you to understand clearly what our material can and cannot do for you before you lean on it.
1. Information, not counsel
Everything published on emiratesprime.ae, including job listings, visa guides, articles and videos, is offered as general information. It is written for a broad readership and does not take account of your occupation, qualifications, nationality, family situation or immigration history. It should inform your thinking, not settle it.
2. Not migration or legal advice
Nothing on this site amounts to migration advice, immigration assistance or legal advice, and reading it creates no adviser and client relationship with Red Migration FZC. In Australia, only registered migration agents or Australian legal practitioners may provide immigration assistance for a fee. In New Zealand, immigration advice is generally the province of licensed immigration advisers, subject to certain exemptions such as lawyers. If your circumstances are at all complicated, a qualified professional in the relevant country is the right person to consult.
3. Rules that move
Our visa guides summarise information published by official bodies and carry an "as of" date showing when they were last checked. Immigration policy changes often, however, and occupation lists, salary thresholds, fees and processing arrangements may be revised with little warning. Before you rely on anything, please confirm it with the authorities themselves:
- Australia: the Department of Home Affairs, immi.homeaffairs.gov.au
- New Zealand: Immigration New Zealand, immigration.govt.nz
Where our summary and an official source disagree, the official source prevails.
4. Outcomes beyond our control
Employers choose whom to hire and governments decide whom to admit. EmiratesPrime cannot guarantee that any application will lead to an interview, an offer, sponsorship or a visa. Please avoid resigning a position, ending a lease or committing money in the Gulf on the strength of a listing alone; wait until you hold a confirmed offer and the necessary approvals.
Timelines deserve the same caution. Skills assessments, licensing for regulated trades, medical checks and visa processing each take their own course, and an estimate given in a guide or a conversation is no more than an indication of what has been typical.
5. Listings and salary figures
Positions, conditions and salaries are shown as their employers provided them. Figures may be stated before tax, may exclude or include superannuation or other benefits, and may change during recruitment. They are not offers of employment, and the final terms are those set out in any contract an employer issues to you. Comparisons with a tax-free Gulf package should also allow for income tax, living costs and exchange rates in Australia or New Zealand.
6. Content from elsewhere
We embed YouTube videos and link to WhatsApp, social networks, companion sites and government pages. These are operated by others, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or practices. A link is offered for convenience and does not mean we endorse everything found there.
7. Questions about this page
