Mechanics who have kept vehicles on the road in busy workshops in Dubai, Sharjah or Riyadh may find a solid next move in Victoria. A well-established automotive business is looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic to join its expanding workshop team.
The employer wants someone with a real record in servicing and repairs who can show technical skill, workplace experience and professional reliability. Your experience needs to be more than a line on a CV: verified experience is the priority, so clear evidence of your skills and employment history will help demonstrate your fit for the role and build trust with the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Service vehicles and complete scheduled maintenance, inspecting each vehicle to identify what it needs
- Inspect, repair and replace brakes
- Repair and upgrade suspension systems
- Find and fix general mechanical faults using the right tools and diagnostic equipment
- Finish every repair to a high standard of workmanship
- Work to workshop safety and operational procedures with accurate, professional practices
- Explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs clearly to customers
- Work efficiently on your own and alongside the wider workshop team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant motor mechanic experience, backed by a demonstrable, verifiable automotive employment history
- A relevant automotive trade qualification is preferred
- Strong practical skills in mechanical repairs and servicing
- A valid driver's licence
- Professional communication with customers and close attention to detail and quality
- A reliable, punctual and motivated work approach, with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Willing to supply supporting evidence of your qualifications and experience
