An expanding vehicle repair business is looking to strengthen its team, hiring with a long-term view, and the advertiser states that sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate (subclass 482).
You would be based in an impressive contemporary workshop, clean and generously sized and outfitted with chassis benches, a spot welder, a glue pulling system, dust-free extraction stations and compact scissor lifts. The working day is 8am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Return accident-damaged panels to their original finish with precision.
- Reassemble vehicles following repair.
- Ensure each component is correctly fitted and operating.
- Partner with colleagues to keep repairs within timeline.
- Meet the expectations of customers through consistent work.
- Uphold industry regulations, safety protocols and quality standards; keep tools and equipment in good order.
- Communicate with supervisors and the team to resolve challenges and achieve outstanding results.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience in your trade within the automotive repair sector, with relevant trade qualifications or certifications as a must.
- An exacting eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools, equipment and techniques, a strong work ethic and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
