Key Responsibilities
- Fit tyres, complete wheel alignments and carry out brake and clutch servicing and repairs
- Machine flywheels, drums and discs to the required standard
- Receive, check and dispatch aftermarket automotive products, storing tyres, brakes, clutches and parts in their designated areas
- Help the sales team with day-to-day operational needs and support deliveries when required
- Keep the workshop and storage areas tidy, organised and accurate
- Work to workplace safety procedures and high-quality standards, operating independently while keeping the wider team informed
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant automotive or mechanical experience, including demonstrated hands-on work in the automotive aftermarket
- Practical knowledge of brakes, clutches, tyres and related components; experience with wheel alignments is highly regarded
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- A professional, reliable and positive attitude, plus good teamwork and communication skills
- Current driver's licence
- Australian mechanical licence is an advantage but not mandatory
- Genuine, verifiable employment history
- Must have Australian work rights or be eligible for employer sponsorship, and be willing to commit to a long-term position in Australia
