Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 October 2026

Professionals who look beyond the Gulf for their next move tend to share a great deal about themselves along the way: a career history, qualifications, sometimes passport and residency details. This policy sets out, as plainly as we can, what happens to that information when it reaches EmiratesPrime, why we keep it, who else may see it and what you can ask of us. It also explains the small amount of technical data that any website inevitably touches.

EmiratesPrime is deliberately simple in its design. You do not open an account with us, and nothing you type on emiratesprime.ae is sent to us through a web form. Most of what follows therefore concerns the emails and WhatsApp messages you choose to send.

1. Who stands behind EmiratesPrime

EmiratesPrime is one of the job platforms run by Red Migration FZC from its office at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it refers to Red Migration FZC, which decides how and why personal information connected with emiratesprime.ae is used and is responsible for it.

Should you wish to raise anything about your information, you are welcome to write to jobs@emiratesprime.ae or call or message us on +971 50 283 2394.

2. The information we hold

Because visitors have no accounts and there are no forms that submit personal details, the picture is short. It falls into three parts.

What you decide to send us

Each listing carries an "Apply for this role" button. Pressing it opens the email program on your own device with a message already addressed to jobs@emiratesprime.ae, its subject naming the role and its reference number. You then write and send that email yourself, and you alone choose its contents. Candidates usually include their name, phone number and email address, a CV, an account of their work history and qualifications, and occasionally passport or visa details. If you contact us on WhatsApp, through the chat link at https://wa.me/971502832394 or by telephone, we will likewise hold whatever you share in that conversation, along with your number and the name shown on your WhatsApp profile.

Technical traces of a visit

Every time a browser asks our server for a page, Google Cloud, which hosts the site, writes a request log. A log entry records the IP address, the browser and device type (the user agent), the page requested and the time. We rely on these records to keep the site secure and to diagnose faults. Our server also holds your IP address in memory for a short moment so that it can limit the number of requests coming from one source, a basic defence against abuse. Searching jobs and applying filters happens entirely within your browser and the page address; those choices are not stored by us.

Staff sign-in

A private administration area exists for our own team. Staff sign in through Firebase Authentication, a Google service, and only accounts on our allow-list are admitted. This involves the email addresses of those staff members and does not concern the public.

3. What we do with it, and why

Our recruitment team reads what you send us so that it can understand your experience and judge whether you suit the role you applied for, or perhaps another opening better. We use your contact details to reply to you, to request missing documents and to keep you informed as an application moves forward. When you apply for a particular position, we may pass your application and CV to the employer offering it, so that they can consider you.

The technical data described above is used only to keep emiratesprime.ae available, secure and working properly: to spot attacks, to slow down abusive traffic and to investigate errors. We do not use it to build profiles of visitors, and the site carries no analytics or advertising tools.

5. When information leaves us

Some of what you share necessarily passes to others. When you apply for a role, we may give your application and CV to the employer that offered it; we will put you forward to any other employer only with your agreement. Most of the employers we work with are based in Australia and New Zealand.

We also depend on a small number of service providers who handle information for us. Google Cloud hosts the website and keeps its request logs. Our email service provider carries and stores the messages you send to jobs@emiratesprime.ae. WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta, carries any conversation you begin with us there, under its own terms and privacy policy.

Finally, we may disclose information to a public authority, court or regulator where the law obliges us to do so.

6. Information crossing borders

The nature of what we do takes information across several jurisdictions. Red Migration FZC operates from Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The website and its database run on Google Cloud in Singapore. The employers who may receive your application are chiefly in Australia and New Zealand, and our email and messaging providers may process data in other countries again.

Data protection rules differ from place to place. Where a transfer takes your information to a country with different standards, we rely on the safeguards available to us under the applicable law and share only what the purpose genuinely requires.

7. How long we keep things

Application emails and WhatsApp conversations are kept only for as long as we need them to deal with your application and any recruitment that follows from it, and for as long as legal obligations require. We do not set a single fixed period, since a recruitment process can run for weeks or many months. You may ask us at any time to delete what you have sent, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Request logs held by Google Cloud are removed after 30 days by default. IP addresses used for rate limiting live in memory only briefly.

8. Keeping it safe

Connections to emiratesprime.ae are always encrypted over HTTPS, and browsers are instructed to insist on it (HSTS). The database cannot be reached directly by the public; every read and write passes through our own server. The administration area admits only allow-listed staff accounts, and rate limiting blunts automated abuse. No system is beyond compromise, but we take these precautions seriously and review them as the site evolves.

Email itself is not always encrypted end to end, so please think about what you attach. There is no need to send identity documents until we ask for them.

9. The rights you have

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may be entitled to ask what information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to particular uses, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier.

For those resident in the Emirates, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) may give you such rights, where applicable. Residents of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and other Gulf states may hold comparable rights under their own national data protection laws. Readers in Australia, New Zealand or elsewhere may find that local privacy legislation grants similar protections.

10. Making a request

Write to jobs@emiratesprime.ae and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will answer within the time the applicable law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also be able to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

11. A site for adults

EmiratesPrime is meant for adults seeking work abroad. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly accept applications from minors. If you believe a young person has sent us their details, please let us know and we will remove them.

12. Other websites

We link to WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, to companion services such as buildaicv.com and talenttabloid.com, and to government immigration websites. Each of those is run independently and follows its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read before sharing anything there. How browser storage and third-party content work on our pages is described in our Cookie Policy.

13. When this policy changes

We revise this policy whenever our practices or the law change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and a significant change will be made clear on this page.

14. Reaching us

Any question, request or concern about your information can be directed to Red Migration FZC at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email reaches us at jobs@emiratesprime.ae, and you can call or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 283 2394.
