Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of the bar's daily operations, holding beverage quality, presentation and service to a consistent standard
- Design a creative line of non-alcoholic drinks and pairing experiences, along with seasonal concepts built on fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals
- Test ingredients, flavours and styles of presentation to arrive at distinctive drinks, and keep feeding new ideas into the beverage program as it develops
- Give every guest consistently high-quality service, drawing on what you learn about fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and the land where they are grown to make each visit more engaging
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, orderly and professionally presented, meeting workplace hygiene, safety and operational standards
- Work hand in hand with the wider hospitality team
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year in bar management or a comparable hospitality position, supported by a genuine record of relevant employment that can be verified
- A creative approach to beverage development, with a demonstrated ability to create cocktails, mocktails or innovative drinks
- Strong customer service and communication skills, polished professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Ability to provide evidence of your employment history, skills and qualifications where required, and willingness to complete relevant identity and employment verification processes
- A real interest in fresh, seasonal, produce-focused hospitality, and the ability to work in New South Wales
