Your background might sit in specialty coffee, Front of House supervision or venue management; the position will be aligned with the skills and experience level you can prove. The group values people who contribute from the first shift, lead by example and help shape a motivated, service-first team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Run Front of House and the coffee service each day, guiding the team through daily operations
- Hold customer service and beverage preparation to a consistently high standard
- Coach new and existing staff on service and operating procedures, supporting their performance and encouraging ongoing improvement
- Lead from the front by working hands-on alongside the team
- Organise service needs during peak periods
- Keep an eye on the guest experience and deal with any issues appropriately
- Uphold presentation, cleanliness and workplace standards
- Help with rosters and shift planning
- Work towards venue KPIs and operational goals while fostering an energetic, professional and welcoming culture
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant experience as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager, backed by demonstrated professional hospitality experience
- A proven record of taking responsibility for team and service operations, including the ability to train, support and motivate colleagues
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a confident and positive approach to customer-facing duties
- Able to perform with confidence in a fast-paced hospitality environment, staying focused and solution-oriented when shifts get busy
- Shown reliability, good organisation and sound time management
- Close attention to service quality and to how the workplace is presented
- Willing to supply supporting evidence of relevant employment experience
- Sponsorship may be considered for candidates who meet the applicable requirements
