Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and look after them attentively from arrival to departure with professional front-of-house service
- Take food and drink orders accurately and answer questions about the menu and service
- Make and serve drinks in line with the venue's procedures
- Keep the service area tidy, organised and well presented
- Help service flow smoothly at peak times, moving between bar, dining and function areas as needed in cooperation with the kitchen, bar and front-of-house crews
- Follow RSA, workplace safety and responsible service procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated hospitality or front-of-house experience preferred, and the ability to show genuine hospitality skills and relevant experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Proven customer service and communication skills, with a confident, professional manner around guests
- Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic and a positive willingness to contribute to the team
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced venue and available for evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
