Premium residential builders across New South Wales need experienced Carpenters for new builds, renovations, structural carpentry and high-end finishing work.
The employer wants tradespeople whose residential construction background is genuine and whose workmanship has been consistently strong. You should be ready to support your skills with a clear employment history, relevant qualifications and practical experience on the tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver residential carpentry of a high professional standard across both new-build and renovation projects
- Handle framing, structural timberwork and installation
- Produce detailed finishing and fit-out work
- Work from construction plans and measurements, measuring, cutting and fitting materials with accuracy
- Own your allocated tasks and site activities, working at a good pace without letting quality or accuracy slip
- Liaise with supervisors, builders and the other trades on site
- Sort out routine carpentry problems as they arise on-site
- Keep tools and equipment well maintained and in working order
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and keep the work area clean, orderly and safe
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated professional experience working as a Carpenter, plus a relevant trade qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Genuine residential carpentry experience that can be verified
- An employment history that clearly shows relevant trade experience, and the ability to supply supporting employment or qualification evidence
- Current White Card
- Valid driver's licence
- Your own reliable transport and your own standard carpentry tools
- Strong hands-on knowledge of residential construction
- Able to read plans and work to technical instructions
- Consistent attention to quality and detail, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Dependable attendance, professional work habits and good teamwork and communication skills
