Construction projects across Western Australia call for versatility, and an established team in Perth is looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher/Machine Operator who brings exactly that. You will need genuine practical skills, a dependable employment record and the ability to work safely when project conditions get tough.
Confidence with concrete and construction machinery matters, as does adapting fast when project needs shift. Because work moves between sites, teamwork, flexibility and consistently good output are central to success.

Key Responsibilities
- Finish concrete on a variety of construction projects, preparing, levelling and smoothing surfaces to each project's requirements
- Run excavators, skid steers and other suitable construction plant
- Lend support to general civil and construction work when required
- Adapt to changing sites, tasks and conditions, working productively alongside the construction crew
- Observe site safety procedures and required workplace standards, keeping equipment and work areas safe and orderly
- Deliver consistent, detail-focused workmanship and finish assigned tasks within project timeframes
- Take part in required medical and drug and alcohol testing
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant concrete finishing experience, backed by demonstrated, verifiable hands-on construction work
- WA HR Class Driver Licence and a current Construction White Card
- Has operated excavators, skid steers or similar machinery, and holds relevant machine tickets or is willing to obtain them
- Able to work 12-hour day shifts on a 2:1 roster
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and meet regular drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Strong safety awareness and professional work habits
- A reliable approach that adapts as project requirements change
- Candidates with verified experience who meet the relevant requirements may be considered for visa sponsorship
