Selection rests on evidence. Your earlier roles, the duties you held and the projects you contributed to should clearly show what you can do on site. Each applicant is weighed on real trade ability, dependability, a safety-first mindset and the capacity to deliver under demanding conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build formwork to the specifications set for each project
- Handle concrete placement, pouring and finishing work
- Fix reinforcement and steel components securely in position
- Take part in Form, Reo, Pour and related civil works across the site
- Operate hand tools, power tools and site equipment with care for safety
- Read project drawings and carry out directions from supervisors and site management
- Get materials, equipment and the work area ready ahead of each task
- Hold quality to a consistent standard on everything you are assigned
- Follow site safety procedures, watch for hazards and raise any concern straight away
- Liaise with fellow trades and crews so work flows smoothly
- Deliver your tasks inside the project's set timeframes
- Help out with further civil construction duties as project needs arise
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years of relevant civil construction experience
- Proven hands-on background in the nominated construction trade
- Able to show evidence of past employment and the work responsibilities you carried
- A current White Card
- Trade qualifications or tickets relevant to your role, where applicable
- Holding Dogman, Working at Heights, Telehandler, CN, C6 or HR tickets is advantageous
- A strong grasp of safe practices on construction sites
- Clear communication skills and the discipline to follow site instructions
- Productive whether working solo or alongside a crew
- A sharp eye for detail and a firm commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable attendance, ownership of your responsibilities and respect for project deadlines; open to metropolitan, regional and interstate project locations
