Head Chef

A newly launched hospitality venue in New South Wales wants a seasoned Head Chef who can convert proven kitchen leadership into a significant step forward in their career.

- Oversee stock levels and keep wastage to a minimum

- Put effective kitchen systems and processes in place, ensuring HACCP, food safety and WHS requirements are met
- Partner closely with the venue's leadership team
- Track service performance and keep refining how the kitchen operates
