Hotel Manager

An established hotel in NSW is appointing a capable, energetic Hotel Manager on a long-term basis.
The role is far from a desk job. Running the property here means rolling up your sleeves: helping guests one minute, coordinating staff the next, then working with contractors or sorting out a maintenance issue. Variety comes with the territory, and no two days will run the same way.
For experienced hospitality managers in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh who prefer a practical, visible leadership style, this is a considered next move.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hotel's daily operation
- Assist and support guests directly
- Coordinate staff, contractors and service providers
- Handle communication with suppliers and outside organisations
- Act quickly when operational problems arise, troubleshooting them and arranging repairs where necessary
- Make sure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Help out with minor maintenance and property issues
- Keep the property safe, organised and welcoming
- Contribute to the hotel's continuing performance
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong English communication skills
- Previous management experience or proven capability to manage
- Hospitality or accommodation industry experience is advantageous
- A hands-on, practical approach
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Confident working independently and making decisions
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills are highly regarded
- Adapts well when situations change
- Interested in developing a long-term career and willing to relocate within NSW
- Visa sponsorship available for suitable eligible candidates
