Key Responsibilities
- Craft an array of pizzas to the finest culinary standard, supporting the restaurant's reputation and success.
- Ensure each pizza is uniform in quality, beautifully presented and served on schedule.
- Maintain a pristine, orderly station that respects hygiene, food safety and every relevant health and safety regulation.
- Collaborate with kitchen colleagues to keep the operation running efficiently.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Pizza Chef role.
- A proven track record producing high-quality pizzas, and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking to stay efficient in a busy kitchen.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, and a valid Food Handler Certificate confirming food safety compliance.
- Australian work rights are required for this position; sponsorship available in 2027 for the right people.
