Pub & Restaurant Management Position

Managing outlets in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh and considering your next move? A well-established pub and restaurant is seeking a seasoned Hospitality Manager to run the day-to-day operation, shape a strong team culture and keep service flowing on the busiest nights.
This role calls for someone who knows what hospitality management really involves: rosters, stock control, guest service, developing staff and holding the venue to a high standard. You will report closely to the owner while staying hands-on in the business, which makes it a considered career step for experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily running of the pub and restaurant, making confident calls and resolving day-to-day issues when service is at its peak
- Direct and coordinate staff through each service, leading from the floor and jumping in to help when required
- Build rosters and help with payroll administration
- Track inventory, stock usage and running costs, and help with purchasing and ordering
- Coach, encourage and develop the team, supporting recruitment, induction and continuing training
- Keep customer service consistently strong and the venue spotless and well presented
- Champion responsible service of alcohol and RSA compliance
- Partner with the owner to find and put in place operational improvements, while fostering a positive, professional and accountable culture
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated hospitality industry background, including prior work in a supervisory or management position
- Proven ability to lead and manage hospitality staff and to handle busy service periods well
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a confident, professional manner towards both guests and employees
- Strong organisation and time management, plus the ability to work independently and own operational decisions
- Current and valid RSA certification
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ready to take a hands-on role in venue operations, with a dependable, committed work ethic
- Able to travel reliably to and from work and to provide verifiable evidence of relevant hospitality experience
- Must meet applicable requirements for sponsorship
