A growing Perth crew is bringing on skilled, dependable scaffolding workers, with room for both seasoned Scaffolders and anyone building a start as a Scaffold Labourer.
Whichever path fits you, the employer will weigh your practical experience, your tickets and how reliable you are. It wants people who can prove real hands-on ability, treat site safety as a priority and add to a professional workplace.
The right candidates can access 40–60 hours of work per week, steady ongoing work and appealing overtime, a strong next move for scaffolders currently on projects in Dubai, Riyadh or Doha.
Key Responsibilities
- Put up, change and take down scaffolding following approved procedures
- Complete scaffold jobs on building sites safely and without wasted time
- Check scaffold parts and gear before use and while it is in use
- Keep to safe practice when working at height, wearing suitable fall arrest gear and PPE
- Read what each site needs and carry out directions from supervisors
- Coordinate with your scaffold crew and other trades on site
- Flag and report any hazard or unsafe scaffold condition
- Keep gear and work zones in good order
- Deliver allocated work to the expected safety and quality standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- For Scaffolders: a current White Card, a current Working at Heights ticket and a current Scaffolding ticket/licence
- For Scaffolders: practical scaffolding experience in a relevant role, with trade skills you can demonstrate
- For Scaffolders: a firm commitment to safety at work, and the physical ability to handle scaffolding duties
- For Scaffolders: dependable attendance, a professional attitude and effective teamwork
- For Scaffold Labourers: a current White Card
- For Scaffold Labourers: a Working at Heights ticket preferred
- For Scaffold Labourers: anyone without a Working at Heights ticket may perform ground-level duties only
- For Scaffold Labourers: experience in construction or labouring is advantageous
- For Scaffold Labourers: good fitness and the ability to take on manual work
- For Scaffold Labourers: punctual, dependable and hard-working
- For Scaffold Labourers: keen to learn and build scaffolding skills, and able to follow safety procedures and directions
- For Scaffold Labourers: an upbeat, team-oriented attitude
