1. Who we are and how these terms apply

EmiratesPrime is a job platform run by Red Migration FZC, whose office is at 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Red Migration FZC, and "you" refers to anyone who visits or uses the site.

By using emiratesprime.ae you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. If you would rather not accept them, kindly refrain from using the site.

2. What EmiratesPrime offers

EmiratesPrime brings together employer-sponsored vacancies in Australia and New Zealand for skilled professionals and tradespeople presently living and working in the UAE and across the Gulf. Alongside the job listings you will find visa guides, articles and videos, a direct WhatsApp line to our team and a WhatsApp channel through which new openings are announced.

Browsing the site is free and requires no registration. Searching and filtering take place within your own browser.

3. Your use of the site

You may use emiratesprime.ae for your own purposes in looking for work and learning about the routes to employment in Australia and New Zealand. The site is intended for adults. From time to time we may alter, suspend or withdraw any part of it, whether for maintenance, to improve it or for reasons beyond our control, and we cannot promise it will be available without interruption.

If you are browsing on behalf of a company, for example to refer colleagues or to understand the market, these terms apply to that use as well, and you confirm that you have the authority to accept them.

4. The listings and how far to rely on them

Our listings come from employers, usually through the network of Red Migration FZC. Their descriptions, requirements, salary figures and benefits appear as the employer gave them to us, and an employer may change, pause or fill a role at short notice. Each listing is taken down once its closing date passes.

We take reasonable care in presenting this information, yet we cannot vouch for its completeness or accuracy, nor that a given position remains open on the day you read about it. Please treat every listing as an invitation to enquire rather than as a firm offer.

5. Applying for a role

Applications are not submitted through the website. The "Apply for this role" button opens your own email program with a message to jobs@emiratesprime.ae ready for you to complete; questions can be put to us on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/971502832394. What you send is entirely your decision.

You are responsible for making sure that what you tell us is true, current and complete, and that you are entitled to share any document you send. Exaggerated experience, borrowed qualifications or altered papers can end an application and may expose you to consequences with employers and immigration authorities. When you apply for a role, we may pass your application to the employer concerned, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. No promise of employment or a visa

Hiring decisions rest with employers, and visa decisions rest with the governments of Australia and New Zealand. Neither is within our gift. Applying through EmiratesPrime, being shortlisted or being introduced to an employer does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, sponsorship or the grant of any visa, and nothing on the site should be understood as such a promise.

7. Conduct we expect

We ask that you use the site honestly and with consideration for others. In particular, you agree not to:

• send false or misleading information, or apply in another person's name;
• copy, scrape or harvest listings or other content by automated means, or republish them as your own;
• attempt to breach, overload or probe the site's security, or to reach areas not meant for you, including the staff administration area;
• introduce malicious code or interfere with the experience of other visitors;
• use the site or our contact channels for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive, including unsolicited promotion.

We may block access from any source that appears to be acting in breach of these expectations.

8. Ownership of the content

The design of emiratesprime.ae, its text, guides, graphics and the EmiratesPrime name belong to Red Migration FZC or to those who have licensed them to us. Job descriptions remain with the employers that supplied them, and embedded videos with their creators. You are welcome to read, print or share individual pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not alter them or remove any attribution. Any wider use requires our written permission.

9. Other platforms we connect with

Parts of the experience depend on services we do not run: WhatsApp for chat and job alerts, YouTube for video, Facebook and LinkedIn for sharing, Google for fonts and hosting, plus companion sites and government resources to which we link. Using them means accepting their own terms and privacy arrangements. We have no control over their content or availability and accept no responsibility for them.

10. Limits on our liability

The site and its content are offered as they stand. We do not warrant that the site will be free of errors, that every guide reflects the latest policy on the day you read it, or that the pages will be free of interruptions or harmful components introduced by others. To the fullest extent the law permits, Red Migration FZC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, nor for loss of income, opportunity or data, arising from your use of emiratesprime.ae, from reliance on a listing or guide, from an employer's or authority's decision, or from any interruption of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Your responsibility to us

Should a claim be brought against us because you broke these terms or supplied false information, you agree to compensate us for the reasonable losses and costs that result.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site falls to the courts of Dubai.

13. Revisions to these terms

We may update these terms as the site develops or the law changes. The revised version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept it.
