Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Officer: run the day-to-day books so every financial record stays precise, raise and process invoices and payments, and look after both payables and receivables
- Accounts Officer: match bank statements to transactions, keep tabs on spending and petty cash, handle refunds and staff expense claims, chase overdue amounts, deal with money queries from clients, suppliers and staff, and back up finance management and the outside accountants
- Finance / Office Manager: lead the finance and office administration side, produce reports, budgets and forecasts (cash-flow included), and give management the financial information it relies on
- Finance / Office Manager: study performance figures and business trends, keep watch on the organisation's financial position, oversee reconciliations and reporting, keep policies and procedures current, monitor tax and reporting compliance, shape strategy from the analysis, and support office operations, hiring and staff development
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: drive waste collection trucks on rubbish and sani-bin runs, pick up and drop off freight and waste bins, and do routine pre-use checks, flagging any faults
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: keep the yard tidy and clean, carry out night fogging, mowing and tree trimming, lend a hand with digging, labouring and other general work, and treat customers courteously
- Contracts Administrator: keep contract and project files in order and handle the paperwork attached to them, watch contractor activity and variations, and track timelines against contractual obligations
- Contracts Administrator: act as the link between subcontractors, suppliers and trades, answer contract queries and help contracted work reach a successful finish
- Welder: work from plans and technical drawings using MIG, TIG and other processes, and carry out on-site welding and installation of ductwork, metal sheeting, fixtures, vents and associated parts
- Welder: choose the right materials and fillers, work alongside field and installation crews, grind and deburr finished welds, meet the expected quality and safety benchmarks and keep offcuts and waste low
- Senior Pest Control Technician: survey properties for signs of pests and possible entry points, identify and assess each infestation, advise customers and recommend treatment, prevention and ongoing management plans, treat termites, ants and other insects, lay rodent traps and baits, take down wasp, hornet and bee nests safely, close off gaps pests could use and manage chemicals and equipment with care
- Truck Mechanic: service trucks and handle preventative maintenance, check brakes, steering, wheel bearings and connected systems, trace faults with computerised diagnostic equipment, repair or swap out bearings, gears and valves, look after cooling and heating systems, road test after each repair, confirm emissions, performance, measurements and clearances, and run a safe, accurate workshop
Requirements & Eligibility

- Finance / Office Positions: accounting, finance, business or administration qualifications that suit the role, a background in bookkeeping, financial administration or management, strong numerical and analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: a current Manual Driver Licence and a current HR vehicle licence, together with a clean driving record
- Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: time spent on waste trucks is advantageous, and having handled rear-loader, hook-lift, front-lift or side-arm vehicles is advantageous as well; you should be able to take on a varied range of operational duties
- Contracts Administrator: a background in contracts, projects or administration, strong document control and organisation, the capacity to coordinate contractors, suppliers and trades, and the capacity to manage deadlines across multiple priorities
- Welder: a relevant welding qualification or equivalent practical experience, demonstrated MIG, TIG or other welding experience, the ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings, and knowledge of welding safety and quality standards
- Senior Pest Control Technician: a relevant pest control qualification, certification or licence, professional experience in pest control and knowledge of how pests are identified, treated and prevented
- Senior Pest Control Technician: safe handling of pest control chemicals and equipment, backed by strong customer service skills
- Truck Mechanic: a relevant diesel, heavy vehicle or mechanical qualification, previous experience as a truck or heavy vehicle mechanic, experience with computerised diagnostic systems, strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills, and a commitment to safe, quality workmanship
