An established men's grooming business in Joondalup, Western Australia, is hiring an experienced Barber / Hairdresser for its busy salon on a full-time basis.
The ideal person is skilled, customer-minded and passionate about delivering high-quality barbering and hairdressing. You will offer clients a broad menu of men's grooming services while keeping customer care and professional standards exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut, style and finish hair professionally with scissors, clippers and razors, creating modern and classic men's looks
- Carry out skin fades, beard trims, moustache grooming and traditional shaves
- Advise clients on styles, grooming and hair care products, and shampoo and condition hair and scalp as part of each service
- Provide colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments when required
- Keep the salon clean, hygienic and organised, sanitising tools and equipment to salon hygiene standards
- Help with bookings and client payments when required, offering outstanding service that builds lasting client relationships
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum three years of experience as a Barber or Hairdresser
- That experience gained in a busy salon or barbershop
- Strong technique with scissors, clippers and skin fades
- Experience with traditional shaving, moustache grooming and beard styling
- Able to deliver a broad range of men's haircutting and grooming services
- Experience with colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments is highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, professional, team-oriented approach
- Able to work weekends as part of a full-time roster
