The shop is independent and owner-led, and its clientele is expanding. You would work at the owner's side, with the freedom to manage your own chair and the expectation that you need little supervision. The team is multicultural, and the role has room to develop as the business does. Hours are 35 to 40 per week.
The business holds accredited employer status for the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), with sponsorship support available if required for a suitable candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver precise, efficient cuts and trims to a consistent standard
- Perform beard shaves and refine beards and moustaches
- Guide clients on haircut choices and suitable hair products
- Maintain clean equipment, a tidy workstation and a spotless shop between cuts
- Open and close the premises when required while working independently within a multicultural team
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year in a barbershop
- A proven ability to produce a quality zero fade and beard trim every time
- Experience with blade beard shaving
- Skill in hair styling and settings
- Well presented and professional
- Good communication skills
