Key Responsibilities
- Talk with each client about the style they prefer and what they need, then deliver high-quality haircuts, styling and grooming
- Cut fades, tapers, classic styles and contemporary looks
- Trim, shape and groom beards
- Handle professional barbering tools and equipment safely and well, bringing precision, consistency and attention to detail to every service
- Give every client a welcoming, professional experience while managing bookings efficiently in a busy shop
- Keep workstations clean, sanitised and organised, and clean and maintain tools and equipment, following hygiene, safety and professional standards
- Stay current with barbering styles, techniques and what customers want
- Work cooperatively alongside the rest of the barbering team
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience as a Barber, with demonstrable hands-on time in a professional barbering environment
- Strong practical knowledge of barbering and men's grooming, able to deliver a broad range of modern and traditional services
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Good communication and client service skills, a professional appearance and a positive attitude
- A reliable, responsible approach and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Equally effective working independently or as part of a team
- Available for full-time and part-time work; immediate availability is advantageous
- Sponsorship available for suitable eligible candidates
