Key Responsibilities
- Talk through what each client is after and advise on the styling and grooming that will work for them
- Produce sharp haircuts, fades, styles, shaves and beard grooming, holding every service to the same high standard
- Give clients a polished, welcoming experience and build lasting rapport with newcomers and regulars alike
- Maintain a tidy, hygienic, orderly workstation in line with workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements
- Use clippers, razors and other barbering tools and equipment correctly and safely
- Bring a professional appearance and outlook to every shift
- Pull together with the wider barbering team to keep the workplace upbeat and centred on customers
Requirements & Eligibility
- Valid passport, together with a current resume/CV that is detailed
- Relevant barbering qualification certificate
- At least 2 years of relevant professional barbering experience, and practical barbering capability you can demonstrate
- Verifiable evidence of where you have worked, for example employment letters, contracts or payslips
- English language ability with a minimum score of 5
- Identity and employment documentation that is genuine and verifiable
- Ability to meet the requirements of full-time employment in Western Australia
- Sponsorship available, and suitable candidates may be considered for sponsorship
