You will need to show genuine industry experience. Precision cuts, modern fades, beard grooming and client consultations are all part of the job, and your service must be consistent enough to keep customers returning.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional haircuts and grooming for male clients, including fades, skin fades and precision styles
- Shape, trim and groom beards
- Talk through what each client wants and suggest styles that suit them
- Apply accurate cutting, blending and finishing techniques so every service meets the same high standard
- Give each client a welcoming, professional experience and build lasting trust with regulars
- Prepare and care for barbering tools and equipment, keeping your station clean, hygienic and organised in line with workplace hygiene and safety practices
- Stay efficient and detail-focused in busy periods while contributing to a positive, professional team
- Keep up with current men’s grooming styles and barbering techniques
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven professional experience working as a Barber, with demonstrated ability in men’s haircutting and styling
- Strong fade, skin fade and blending skills, plus experience in beard trimming and grooming
- Relevant barbering qualification and/or demonstrated industry experience
- Able to provide evidence of previous barbering employment or experience
- Strong interpersonal and client communication skills, delivered with a professional, customer-focused manner
- Punctual, reliable and committed to high-quality work
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team, with professional personal presentation
- Willing to commit to a full-time position
- Suitable candidates who meet the required experience, qualifications and applicable Australian visa and sponsorship criteria may be considered for employer sponsorship
