Campervan Builder
Visa sponsorship
Trade · Auckland, New Zealand · Contract · $25 - $32/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Whether you work in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh, a short, well-defined contract can be a considered way to plan your next move. One of New Zealand's leading campervan conversion workshops, based in Auckland, is engaging a Campervan Builder at entry or mid level for a 9-week full-time contract.
The workshop delivers custom campervans, rental fleet conversions and commercial fit-outs. The builder will shape cabinetry and furniture, complete linings, flooring and interior finishes, fit windows, roof vents and accessories, and assist with 12V electrical and plumbing installations to drawings and specifications. The contract begins immediately on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule and concludes ahead of the Christmas close-down on 23 December.
Backpackers, temporary workers and working holiday visa holders are welcome. The employer sees genuine potential for an ongoing full-time role beyond the contract, and visa sponsorship may follow in that case for the right person.
A refined CV matters for a hands-on role too. Lead with your interior fit-out, joinery or cabinetry projects and the finish standard you work to. Refine your fit-out CV with Build AI CV before applying.
