The restaurant serves lunch and dinner 6 days a week and takes an explorative, detail-led approach to every dish it sends out. Full-time, part-time and casual roles are offered on a flexible roster that rotates, and the employer notes that sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mise-en-place and its freshness
- Maintain stock under optimum conditions
- Execute cooking and service to the restaurant's quality and service standards
- Train kitchen staff at the direction of the Chef-in-charge
- Safeguard cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and food storage areas
- Sustain high performance and a harmonious atmosphere across the kitchen team and wider staff
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- A passion for cooking
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic as a hard-working professional
- Enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn and a team-player outlook that supports a culture of teamwork
