You will join a specialist operations team that safeguards accuracy and continuity for clients as their accounts go through significant change. Your work spans account transfers, client migrations, Deceased Estate administration, offboarding and CHESS Sponsorship activities, so complex portfolios are handled with care and precision.
The role goes well beyond transactions, opening doors to sophisticated investment operations, cross-functional work and stakeholder relationships in Australia and internationally. Sponsorship opportunities may be available for eligible candidates who meet the relevant employer and migration requirements. A considered move for finance professionals in Dubai or Doha.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client account changes, transfers and transitions accurately, including updates to client static data and account details
- Help with offboarding and Deceased Estate administration
- Arrange asset and position transfers, covering CHESS Sponsorship requirements, and assist with client migrations and ongoing account upkeep
- Protect client data accuracy and operational integrity, keeping quality high when coordinating with processing teams
- Meet required turnaround times and service standards in daily work
- Act as the link with internal teams, advisers, client service professionals and senior stakeholders, locally and overseas, resolving account and processing needs and offering responsive support to people inside and outside the business
- Spot operational issues and escalate them where required
- Contribute to process improvement and extra operational projects, collaborating across functions for timely, accurate results
Requirements & Eligibility
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
- Wealth management, financial planning or financial services experience is highly desirable, and experience with client transfers, investment operations or complex financial products will be advantageous
- RG146 qualification preferred, or a willingness to complete the required study
- A strong communicator who can engage different audiences, with a record of building relationships with advisers, client service teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a firm commitment to accuracy, plus strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- Effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting, with high resilience and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Collaborative, and willing to work across multiple operational teams
