A well-regarded early learning centre in Victoria is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher / Early Childhood Educator for a full-time, permanent post. You will care for and educate children from babies right up to kindergarten age, in a team that values cooperation and support.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver stimulating learning programs, providing high-quality education and care in line with approved frameworks
- Nurture each child's learning, wellbeing and social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth
- Keep the learning space safe, clean, welcoming, inclusive and caring, and guide behaviour positively using inclusive practices
- Observe and assess children's progress, recording it in accurate learning documentation and records
- Develop warm, positive connections with children, families and co-workers
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators and the centre's leadership team
- Comply with Early Childhood Education regulations and centre policies, and help drive continuous quality improvement
- Join team meetings and take part in professional development
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Minimum 12 months working in an early childhood education setting
- Current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and an understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS)
- Strong grasp of contemporary practice in early childhood education and a genuine passion for supporting how children learn and develop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team
- Strong organisation and time management, with a firm commitment to high-quality education and care
