Key Responsibilities
- Service, repair and maintain advanced material handling equipment in the workshop
- Carry out the same servicing and repair work at customer locations
- Apply technical expertise to trace faults, run diagnostics and put effective fixes in place
- Complete scheduled maintenance that keeps equipment performing reliably at its best
- Answer customer service calls with timely, professional technical support
- Give accurate assessments and recommendations on the condition of each machine
- Fill in service documentation and keep records of completed work
- Work with strong safety awareness in line with Australian workplace standards
- Team up with experienced technical colleagues to improve service outcomes

Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician or in a comparable technical position
- A relevant trade qualification
- Hands-on industry experience that backs up that qualification
- Minimum three years spent servicing, repairing or maintaining equipment in a hands-on capacity
- Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and mechanical problems
- Communicates effectively in English with both customers and colleagues
- A proven commitment to safety, quality and professional standards
- Can supply verified records of employment history, qualifications and skills
- Prepared to relocate and build a long-term career in Australia
- Able to meet Australian visa sponsorship and skills assessment requirements where applicable
