Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of mental health nursing care
- Work within inpatient units and/or the community
- Lead psychiatric assessments for patients in your care while contributing to a collaborative, compassionate care team
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2-3 years' experience as a Mental Health Registered Nurse
- A genuine passion for exceptional patient care and mental health support
- Current AHPRA registration
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing, which are highly regarded
- Excellent understanding of psychiatric assessments
- Excellent understanding of the Mental Health Act 2022
