Pumber and Gasfitter

A growing, well-established business in New Zealand wants a qualified, experienced Plumber & Gasfitter to strengthen its operations.
You would work with a friendly, seasoned team across a varied mix of plumbing and gasfitting projects. For an experienced tradesperson after dependable employment and the possibility of visa sponsorship in New Zealand, it is a sound career step, whether you are currently working in Dubai, Doha or Muscat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle plumbing installations and repairs alongside gasfitting installation and servicing
- Carry out maintenance and fault-finding, including commercial plumbing projects when required
- Assess each job, choose the right solution and work to plans, specifications and technical requirements
- Make sure finished work meets quality and safety standards
- Collaborate with other trades and team members, and communicate professionally with customers and project stakeholders
- Keep tools, equipment and work areas in good order
Requirements & Eligibility
- Recognised plumbing qualification and recognised gasfitting qualification
- Relevant hands-on industry experience with strong knowledge of plumbing systems and gasfitting practices
- Commercial experience preferred
- Able to work both independently and within a team, with a dependable, professional approach
- High-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and good communication and customer service skills
