Experienced Rail and Track Workers are being sought for upcoming projects across Australia. The emphasis is not on visa sponsorship alone: this opportunity targets skilled people who can show genuine rail industry experience, current competencies and a valid KLE Profile.
If you have been working on rail or infrastructure projects in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh, this is a considered step worth exploring.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out rail and track construction, maintenance and project work, applying your proven industry skills to each assignment
- Complete track work to project specifications and safety requirements, following established rail safety procedures
- Collaborate with rail crews, supervisors and other people on site
- Hold professional standards across every project activity
- Travel between project sites when required
- Use your rail competencies and qualifications appropriately, including Thermit Welding where suitably qualified
- Keep the information on your skills, experience and competencies accurate
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated hands-on rail and track experience that is genuine and verifiable
- A current KLE Profile, plus relevant rail industry competencies
- Thermit Welding competency is advantageous
- Relevant qualifications, licences, tickets or certifications
- Strong understanding of rail safety and site procedures, with a reliable, adaptable approach to project-based work
- Ability to travel when required
- Suitable overseas applicants may be considered for sponsorship; remuneration will be set according to experience, competencies and suitability
