Please note the home is recruiting onshore only, so you will need to be living in Australia today and hold current AHPRA registration. Eligible candidates who meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements can be offered sponsorship on the 482 or 494 visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct resident nursing care through assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation
- Administer medications and observe residents' wellbeing and health
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on tailored care plans
- Offer leadership, guidance and support to fellow nurses
- Maintain compliance with legislation, regulations and organisational policy
- Keep residents, families and the care team well informed
- Help sustain a supportive, person-centred environment
- Put individual care plans into practice
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Registered Nurse holding current AHPRA registration (essential)
- Residing in Australia at present (essential)
- Significant aged care or similar healthcare experience, for a minimum of 1 year
- Strong clinical skills across the diverse health needs of older adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, person-centred way of working and commitment to ongoing professional development
