A leading experiential tourism group is appointing a Sales & Marketing Coordinator on a permanent, full-time basis. The position offers hybrid working and sits within the Sales and Marketing team, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager. Its focus is high-quality support for a portfolio of tourism brands spanning cruise, seaplane and dive experiences, contributing to revenue, market share, reputation and profile.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate revenue-focused sales and marketing activity, contributing to campaign planning and delivery.
- Lead social channel planning and content creation, and manage the online community.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships and broaden them over time.
- Assess campaign results, prepare sales and marketing reports and research competitors and the market for trends and opportunities.
- Support trade, group and partnership initiatives that drive growth, and coordinate events, sponsorship activations, familiarisations and industry engagements.
Requirements & Eligibility
- A track record in a sales, marketing, tourism, hospitality or similar coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience across CRM, CMS, social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused manner.
- Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
