Western Australia offers a genuine next level for a seasoned Sheet Metal / Aluminium Fabricator. The workshop runs a busy production schedule and needs someone with the technical skill to turn out quality fabricated products and the self-assurance to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Read technical drawings, plans and basic sketches, then measure and prepare materials ready for fabrication
- Set up and run machinery for cutting, bending and rolling
- Build and assemble products in aluminium and sheet metal, with precise fabrication and finishing
- Weld aluminium using TIG as well as laser methods
- Check every finished component for accuracy and quality
- Keep workshop operations and production moving efficiently
- Solve fabrication problems alongside colleagues and put forward ideas that improve production methods
- Look after tools, equipment and work areas properly, observing all relevant safety and workplace procedures
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3–5 years or more of relevant industry experience, including prior employment as a Sheet Metal or Aluminium Fabricator
- Solid hands-on aluminium welding experience, with competence in TIG or laser welding
- Able to read and work from fabrication drawings, with experience operating sheet metal fabrication equipment
- Fencing and gates experience is highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail, matched by strong practical problem-solving
- A firm commitment to safe work practices and quality
- Overseas applicants may be considered where sponsorship eligibility requirements are met
