Storeperson

Running forklifts through the night in a Jebel Ali or Dammam warehouse and thinking about your next move? A busy New Zealand warehouse and logistics operation wants an experienced Nightshift Storeperson to keep its after-dark operation running smoothly.
- Permanent, full-time, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

You will help warehouse operations, inventory handling and customer service run efficiently in a workplace that puts safety first.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive forklifts safely and productively to load, unload and shift goods, and handle stock manually around the warehouse
- Unpack shipping containers and carry out devanning
- Check in, inspect and put away incoming stock
- Pick and pack orders accurately and have them ready for dispatch within the required timeframes
- Keep warehouse paperwork and inventory records complete, and look after customers professionally when needed
- Carry out MPI Accredited Person duties where applicable
- Keep the warehouse tidy, orderly and safe, following health and safety procedures at all times
- Pull your weight as part of the nightshift crew
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum one year operating forklifts, including machines up to 5-tonne capacity and reach trucks
- Forklift licence or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with forklift attachments is advantageous but not essential
- Physically fit for manual handling work, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety
- Comfortable working alone or within a team, with good communication and organisation
- Dependable, motivated and able to work permanent nightshift hours
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable
