Support Worker/Life Facilitator
Healthcare · Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand · Full-Time · $25 - $30/hr
Can people count on you? In Tauranga, a highly motivated client living with tetraplegia is supported around the clock by an established 24/7 team, and a new Life Facilitator is needed to join it. Good support, here, rests on trust, steadiness and owning your actions.
This is not simply about providing care. You will enable the client to keep their independence, remain active and keep up with day-to-day personal, work and family life. Expect to show you are dependable, to speak up with confidence and to fit respectfully into a structured team; sticking to routines, taking initiative and building professional trust weigh as heavily as practical skills. For carers currently in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Doha considering a meaningful next move to New Zealand, it is worth a look.
