The employer is a wedding and events venue belonging to a group of five wedding venues. Its catering kitchen prepares European menus, services are substantial and swift, and the start is immediate. The group is seeking a chef who intends to remain and develop, with a Sous Chef pathway across its venues.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a section through preparation and service at weddings and events
- Partner with the Head Chef on menu design
- Take part in tastings and seasonal menu revisions
- Hold the kitchen to rigorous food safety standards
- Manage ordering and stock with precision, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen hands
- Deliver catering across the group's other venues
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years' culinary experience, including a period as a CDP or a strong Demi
- Experience plating for large numbers while maintaining quality, plus food safety certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting
- A Drivers License is required
