Key Responsibilities
- Assess each resident's clinical needs and prepare an individual care plan
- Handle medication administration and wound care, with precise clinical documentation
- Monitor residents' health and their physical, emotional and social wellbeing, responding as care needs change
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, quality care, advocating for residents and positive clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, together with relevant nursing qualifications
- Experience in community aged care gained previously
- Strong capability in clinical assessment and care planning
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- A current Australian driver's licence
- Australian working rights
