Key Responsibilities
- Examine what the business requires and set it down as software designs and technical specifications
- Lead the design, build and long-term care of applications written in C++, Python, C#/.NET and Node.js
- Introduce AI capability founded on large language models, working with Flowise, LangChain, LangGraph and comparable frameworks, and bring image processing, natural language processing and sentiment analysis techniques into the applications that suit them
- Construct machine learning models for anomaly detection, regression, classification and predictive analysis, appraise their results, and manage feature selection, data preprocessing, performance optimisation and model training
- Create database integrations and APIs so that systems exchange data smoothly
- Undertake integration and unit testing, locate defects and apply corrective changes, with code review safeguarding performance, quality, reliability and security
- Author testing records, system documentation and technical specifications, keeping each one accurate over time
Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field, or relevant experience judged equivalent
- 3+ years' experience gained in the design, development, testing and maintenance of software
- Python programming skills of a strong standard
- Experience with C#/.NET, or alternatively with Node.js
- Practical experience with machine learning or AI frameworks, Keras, scikit-learn and TensorFlow being typical examples
- Experience with SQL databases, paired with experience in developing APIs
- A sound grasp of testing practices, software architecture, version control and debugging
- Familiarity with the Scrum or Agile development methodologies
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving and analysis
- The capacity to work independently
- The capacity to contribute effectively as part of a team
- Desirable: experience with other LLM integration tools or with Flowise, LangChain or LangGraph
