Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse holding AHPRA registration
- Must be residing in Australia currently, with full working rights (PR, citizen, partner visa, 482 visa or 485 graduate visa)
- A background as a Registered Nurse in Australia, ideally of 1 year or more
- Polished written and verbal communication
- Composed problem solving under pressure
- Skilled at delegating duties to suit the skill mix of each shift
- Interest in progressing to a leadership role
