Service Manager (Enrolled Nurse / Registered Nurse)

Visa sponsorship

Healthcare · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $37 - $53/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored

A considered next move for an experienced nurse: a Perth provider of disability support and nursing care is appointing a Service Manager on a permanent, full-time basis. The role is open to Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses who are ready to lead a service rather than a single shift.

Whether you work in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh today, the scope will feel familiar to anyone who has managed people in a busy care setting. You will oversee person-centred plans, guide a team of support workers, safeguard NDIS compliance and client funds, and maintain calm, productive relationships with families and health professionals.

The employer has indicated that sponsorship may be considered for suitably qualified and experienced candidates who meet the role's requirements, subject to eligibility and business needs.

A polished CV matters at this level. Present your registration, leadership scope and disability or aged care background with clarity, and polish your care-leadership CV on Build AI CV before you apply.
