A considered career step awaits an experienced manager in Alice Springs, NT. One of Australia's largest independent automotive glass companies, with more than 30 years serving insurance, trade, retail and fleet customers, is appointing a Branch Manager to lead an established branch.
Whether you currently manage a workshop in Dubai, a service centre in Doha or a retail operation in Riyadh, the brief is the same. You take full operational ownership of the branch and a capable team of three, with two qualified fitters and a highly experienced leading hand, supported by senior management. The company is an approved employer under the Northern Territory Designated Area Migration Agreement and can provide visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
The role is Full-Time and offers $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the branch's daily workflows and financial performance against budget, keeping the operation efficient
- Lead the team through rosters, coaching and performance management while cultivating a positive workshop culture
- Manage stock, inventory and local supplier relationships, and grow fleet, insurance, trade and retail accounts with high-quality service by phone and in person
- Uphold strict WHS standards, store security and accurate administrative records, and assist with basic automotive glass fitting or repairs during busy periods (on-the-job training provided)
Requirements & Eligibility
- A proven track record as Retail Manager, Workshop Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager or Operations Manager, with strong communication, team management, business awareness and computer skills
- A current valid driver's licence is mandatory
- Candidates who need a visa require nomination under Retail Manager (General), ANZSCO 142111, as well as relevant formal qualifications, suitable management experience, English proficiency and NT DAMA eligibility
