The position sits at the advisory end of property. Your days would involve judging how well a building has held up, reviewing assets in depth before a transaction, recording end-of-lease make good (dilapidations) obligations and guiding the parties who own, fund, insure or occupy them. Offices, shopping centres, warehouses and specialist property all feature, several of them large in scale. Mentoring and continued learning support the role.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical due diligence and building condition assessments
- Deliver make good (dilapidations) reports
- Offer property advice to owners, investors, insurers and occupiers across a diverse portfolio
Requirements & Eligibility
- Degree in Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- 3+ years' experience within building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
- Strong inspection, investigation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prepare clear, concise and technically robust reports, and confidence when engaging with clients and industry professionals
- MRICS or similar professional accreditation (or working towards it), highly regarded
