Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior alterations and a broad range of carpentry
- Install plasterboard and fit skirtings and architraves, finishing each space to a high standard
- Repair and, where needed, replace exterior cladding
- Undertake general building repairs and ongoing maintenance
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven carpentry experience
- Workmanship of a consistently high standard
- The ability to plan work, solve problems and complete jobs independently
- A reliable, organised approach and good communication
- Comfort working alongside other trades and within customers' homes
- A full driver licence
- Own tools and a suitable vehicle would be an advantage
