Key Responsibilities
- Create an elegant variety of inventive dishes, each finished with care
- Uphold exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and service
- Shape new menu items and polish existing recipes together with the Head Chef
- Observe food safety and hygiene regulations strictly
- Lead your own station and contribute to a calm, smooth-running kitchen
- Mentor junior kitchen staff and take part in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years spent as a Chef in a refined, high-quality restaurant with a fast pace
- Formal culinary training, or a relevant hospitality qualification
- Excellent craft at the stove, paired with close attention to detail and presentation
- A thorough grasp of hygiene and food safety practices
- Strong communication and a collaborative, team-minded approach
- An evident passion for locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, and the poise to adapt and do well in a busy, high-pressure kitchen
