Casual and full-time roles are offered, starting immediately.
The role answers directly to the Executive Chef and sits close to the daily direction of the restaurant, a setting that suits a chef intent on refining their craft and advancing quickly. Sponsorship is available to the right candidate if required.

Key Responsibilities
- Command multiple sections and oversee the pass in service
- Hold portions and wastage to a careful standard
- Use the ordering and receiving system and play a part in stocktaking
- Secure effective stock purchasing, receipt and storage
- Sustain consistent, seamless production
- Keep every working area immaculate
- Mentor, support and supervise the kitchen brigade
- Attend to general administration and communicate with senior staff
- Produce and prepare food to the required standards of quality, quantity and safety
- Champion a level of service that surpasses customer expectations
- Contribute to the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Work in close partnership with the Executive Chef
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Training in a relevant à la carte restaurant
- French or Italian food preferred
- Sound knowledge of ordering, receiving and stocktaking
