Service here is polished but relaxed. The team brings personality to the floor, recognises each guest's needs and follows a clear selling approach for food and beverages.
The role is full-time, at least 30 hours a week, with evening, weekend and summer-season availability expected. The restaurant is approved as an accredited employer and can assist through the immigration process if required, which supports a sponsored move.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests graciously and guide them through the menu
- Take orders, serve each course and process them on the POS
- Settle bills by card or cash
- Reset tables and keep the dining room immaculate
- Apply NZ liquor laws and liaise with management and guests on licensing requirements
- Attend in-house beverage, food and service training, complete the modules and promote products within policy
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least six months of experience in a similar role, or a Level 2 or 3 Diploma qualification
- Good knowledge of NZ liquor laws
- Availability for nights, weekends and the busy summer months
- Motivation to work hard
- Commitment to learning the restaurant's offerings and service standards
