Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

A considered next move for an accomplished chef, this permanent full-time appointment is with a premier Sydney venue where a high-end Italian-Mediterranean restaurant, an open-air terrace cocktail bar and a late-night club lounge share a single address.

The brigade works with premium Australian produce and a Mediterranean menu meant for sharing, moving from crudo and handmade pasta to market fish, and it supports private functions, weekend brunch and bar dining into the late hours. Composure during peak service is central to the role, as is the ability to lead junior members of the team.

Whether you currently cook in Dubai, Doha or Riyadh, note the terms as stated. Sponsoring opportunities (TSS 482) may be considered for qualified candidates who satisfy all Home Affairs requirements, and applications close on 8 November 2026.

An elegant, current English CV sets the tone. Detail your culinary qualification, signature cuisines and the scale of service you have led, and refine a premium-venue chef CV with Build AI CV before you submit.
