Head Chef

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Gold Coast, QLD, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Whether you lead a hotel kitchen in Dubai or a busy restaurant in Doha, this Head Chef appointment on the Gold Coast is a considered next step. A respected hospitality group is entrusting one chef with the kitchens of two adjoining venues: an award-winning American-style grill house for smoked barbecue, premium steaks and burgers, and a refined 1920s-style cocktail lounge offering a premium tapas menu and private functions.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you would shape both menus, develop the brigade and keep the operation commercially sound. The group welcomes candidates requiring visa sponsorship and will support the right candidate through the process where applicable.

A polished CV is your introduction to the group. Refine your Head Chef CV with Build AI CV, highlighting the kitchens you have directed, the scale of service and your formal culinary training.
