The work is personal and meaningful, supporting clients in their own homes so they keep their independence, dignity and quality of life. Rosters span a variety of shifts, including active nights. Experience in nursing or home care is preferred, though not essential, and visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive clinical and personal care in clients' homes, with safety, dignity and well-being at the centre
- Maintain meticulous documentation and care plans
- Communicate with poise alongside clients, families and healthcare teams
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration, if applicable
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, including confident use of digital systems for care notes and communication
- Experience in nursing or home care (preferred but not essential)
